Saint John Harbourfront Hotel

The location and views were amazing, but the

Frame of the room needed some improvements. The friendly staff made up for a few shortcomings, such as the outdated furniture. A positive experience, but I would hope for some updates on my next visit.

we did not have a mini bar in the room, the rooms were very old and the TV was not the best.

The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable and the service was great throughout our stay. Overall it was impressive with harbour view.

I had a lovely stay! The breakfast had a fantastic variety, and I enjoyed relaxing by the small pool. The room was spacious with an amazing view of the harbor!

Not much- - - - -It was very sparse, nobody around quiet!!! No comp real coffee in lobby. Parking was $20.+ a day. Our two days there seemed like a week! We visited the Delta Hotel up the street and it was "hopping". Friendly people coming and going, we wished we had chosen the Delta for the weekend!!! Ross Furman

The hotel was fairly clean with kind staff and incredible breakfast. The room was immaculate and I enjoyed the central location. It had exceptionally comfortable bed and exceptionally good views. Location: the venue was near to shops/restaurants and local pubs and the waterfront.

Ask for extra towels at check-in to avoid delays later, especially if you're traveling with a group.

I was disappointed with the facility. It was tired and we ended up in a smoking room. Too late to change. The menu at the restaurant was also disappointing. They didn't hav 4 items on the menu. ot what I expect of a Hilton.

Centerly located,shopping,entertainmetm right there .

No free wi go , don't know if it had free parking: paid 20. Dollars a day!

I spent one night at Hilton in Saint John and enjoyed the fine harbor view from my King Room. Spacious accommodations and friendly staff enhanced my stay, despite a slight hiccup with parking directions. The location near the boardwalk is unbeatable for exploring the area.

The convenience was paramount in my decision making but the over all experience was excellent...from the friendly front desk staff when we checked in to cleaning staff we met on the way out. The view from our harbour side room was wonderful, particularly after dark.

Dining facilities are first rate in a city otherwise devoid of decent food.

Water from the shower ending up on the floor as a result of poor draining. There were old watermarks on the floor and around the tub indicating that this had happened before.

The best part was enjoying live music from the outdoor patio while taking in the beautiful harbor view. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Marco Polo Cruise Terminal.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options.

The location is great; you are in the heaert of St-John with a terrific view on the harbour and St-John river entrance, directly on the boardwalk; connected to the indoor network of pathways between commercial centers.

Great location, clean and spacious room, excellent food. Keep up the good work!
